Kimberly Campbell, M.A.

I am passionate about creating a safe and nurturing environment where every child, teen, or adult feels safe enough to retrace their steps.  I graduated from Lesley University in 2022 with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. For the past four years, I have experience working alongside individuals, groups, and families in a variety of settings including mental health clinics and schools.

I have worked alongside national and local organizations like the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and Awareness where I enjoy teaching individuals and families Social Emotional Techniques. I have gained experience working with a variety of issues, including veterans, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, and depression.

I believe in combining the benefits of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), with self-care principles, such as mindfulness, goal setting, and positive self-talk. I believe in the importance of giving back and making a difference in the world around me. I am passionate about Cultural and Mental Health Awareness and strongly believe that everyone can achieve self-actualization.
