Jillian Lewis, M.Ed.

My name is Jillian Lewis and I graduated from Cambridge College in 2022 with a master’s degree in School Adjustment and Mental Health Counseling. For the past two years, I have experience working with individuals that have ranged in age from adolescents, adults and elderly; working alongside individuals, groups, and families in a variety of settings including mental health clinics, schools, and private organizations.

I enjoy helping others while using strength-based approaches and integrating various treatment therapies to best meet the needs and goals of my clients. Throughout these few years, I have gained experience working with a variety of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and substance abuse. Gaining this experience has allowed me to collaborate with professionals on multidisciplinary teams in a variety of settings and working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

As a Master’s Level Therapist, my intentions are to help promote and embrace the practice of mindfulness and gratitude, and the importance of finding meaning in one’s life. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my son, being outdoors, traveling, enjoying the restaurant scene around town and spending time with family and friends.
